Nations are fighting against the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak together. Proper sanitization and social distancing seem to be the escape from this pandemic. With nations toiling hard with this virus, and incubate of Malaviya Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship (MCIIE) at IIT(BHU) has come up with a full-body sanitization device to restrict and demolish the CoronaVirus.
This sensor-based device can be posted outside the premises. This equipment will detect the person automatically coming in front of the device and will spray 10-15 ml of sanitizer over the entire body, clothes, shoes, and so on for around 15 seconds. This device will ensure that the campus visitor enters the premises after being sanitized.
Prof PK Mishra, Coordinator, Malaviya Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship, IIT (BHU) reckons that this sanitization will help to avoid various viruses causing harm to the human body. He also added saying that this device has been made considering the current requirement. Affirmation of the dose, frequency, and time exposure is under process. Even after being sanitized through this device, one needs to take precautionary measures like wearing a mask, washing hands, and most importantly maintaining the social distancing.
